Data controller

Data collected
- Account identity: email, password (never stored in plain text, only as a hash)
- Billing data: managed directly by Stripe (name, address, payment method); 3DVue only stores the Stripe customer ID
- Site data: shop name, chosen subdomain
- Hosted files: 3D models, materials and textures uploaded by the customer
- Product images sent to the AI Photo Studio during a real generation
Purposes
This data is used to provide the service (configurator hosting, account login, billing), provide customer support, and manage subscription plans.
Retention period
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. An account can be deleted at any time on request to contact@3dvue.fr.
Data processors (data recipients)
- O2Switch : hosting of the service's files, database and emails.
- Stripe : card payment processing and subscription management; no card data passes through 3DVue's servers.
- Google (Gemini) : the customer's product images are sent to Google's Gemini API during a real generation by the AI Photo Studio, only at the customer's explicit request.
- Google Analytics : audience measurement, only with your consent (see "Cookies" below).
GDPR rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise it, contact contact@3dvue.fr.
Cookies
A session cookie, strictly functional, keeps you logged in (no consent banner is required for this one).
On the site's public pages (outside the client area), a banner asks for your consent for Google Analytics, which measures traffic. If you accept, a measurement cookie is set and linked to that of www.3dvue.fr (a technical "linker" parameter) so a visitor moving from one to the other is recognised as the same person.
A successful payment (subscription, tokens, training or troubleshooting) leads, if you have consented to audience measurement, to our servers sending an event to Google Analytics (transaction ID, amount): no cookie is set by this transmission and no card data is included in it.
